CLASSROOM PARTY VOLUNTEERS

Help plan and actively run a party in your child’s classroom! 

 

Party Volunteer Form are full as of 12/31.

Interested in helping with a party please contact the FHH PTO & in the meantime be sure to sign up/renew your PTO membership.

 

 

PARTY DATES:

  • Halloween Party – Friday, October 31st at 2:00 p.m. 
  • Winter Party – Thursday, December 18th at 2:00 p.m.
  • Valentine’s Day Party – Friday, February 13th at 2:00 p.m. 

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTY VOLUNTEERS:

  • Must be a current PTO Member

  • Each party will have 4 parent volunteers running the activities

  • Must be willing to submit identification through the Raptor system in the office for each party

  • Room parent slots are filled on a first come, first serve basis. We will start by assigning one party per family to provide the opportunity to as many PTO members that we can. 

  • Only Room Parents on the list for each party will be allowed in the classroom

  • Parents must utilize the form filled out by the teacher at the beginning of the year regarding food allergies and other health issues.
    • Any allergies specific to the classroom must be adhered to.

    • All treats need to be individually prepackaged and factory sealed, with the ingredient label visible on the individual/original packaging (no homemade treats permitted).

A Room Coordinator is needed for each classroom. WHAT IS A ROOM COORDINATOR?: 

  • The Room Coordinator should also be willing to help communicate PTO news to the other parents in the classroom. Helping to serve as a liaison between the PTO and the classroom parents. 

Signing up online does not automatically assign you to a party or a head room parent role. You will receive an email confirming which party & any Room Coordinator assignments.
